Access
- Access is invite-only. Your company creates your account.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Posting honestly
- Only submit links to posts you actually made.
- No fake engagement. Do not buy likes, use bots, or coordinate artificial activity.
- Follow each platform's own rules (Facebook, Instagram, X).
Campaigns and rewards
- Your company's admins create campaigns, review posts (Post Verification), and decide points and rewards.
- Points come from verified posts and engagement metrics (Engagement Tracking).
Reviews and rejections
- Suspicious or rule-breaking submissions can be rejected or flagged.
- Repeated misuse can lead to account deactivation by your company.
Service
- The service is provided as-is for your company's advocacy program.
- Features may change as the product improves.
