- The public post links you submit for campaigns.
- Engagement numbers for those posts (likes, comments, shares) recorded during Post Verification and Metric Fetching.
- Basic activity records (sign-ins, submissions) for security.
Why we collect it
- To run your company's advocacy campaigns.
- To verify your submitted posts and award points (Engagement Tracking).
- To show leaderboards inside your company.
Who can see it
- Your company's admins and your manager can see your submitted campaign activity and points.
- Colleagues see your name and points on the company leaderboard.
- Other companies on this platform can never see your data.
Post links you submit
- We only track posts you choose to submit here. We do not access your social media accounts.
- Submit public posts only. Private posts cannot be reviewed.
How we protect it
- Personal details like names and phone numbers are stored encrypted.
- Access is invite-only with role-based permissions.
Removing your data
- Ask your company admin to deactivate your account or request data removal.
- Your company controls campaign data; we act on their instructions.
